Ingredients
10 pcs oreo cookies
1 oz milk
12 oz (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberries and white chocolate shavings, optional
Directions
Make the crust:
1
Oreo cookies (without toppings) put into a blender and chop into a crumb.
2
Add some milk and mix. The mass should be like a plasticine and not be too sticky (a lot of milk).
3
Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-in. springform pan; set aside.
Make the filling:
4
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
5
Add eggs; beat on low just until combined.
6
Stir in vanilla and melted chocolate just until blended. Pour filling over crust.
7
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set.
8
Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
9
Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.
