Grilled chicken breast recipe with vegetables

Following a diet is very difficult to find healthy, but really tasty dishes. One such dish is grilled chicken breast with vegetables. It is low-fat, easy to cook and at the same time very tasty food. Enjoy it.

Ingredients:
Chicken
 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
 1 ½ tsp olive oil
 ½ tsp sea salt
Veggies
 2 small zucchini, sliced
 1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
 1 yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped
 1 fresh carrot
 1 cup fresh or frozen green beans

Pre-heat the grill/griddle pan.

Season the chicken with salt.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until cooked to your preference.

Remove from the grill, cover with foil and allow to rest while you grill the vegetables.

Grill the vegetables until they are starting to char and are cooked to your preference.

Remove from the grill and serve with the chicken and lemon wedges for squeezing.
