Ingredients
¾ lb ground beef
¾ lb ground pork
16 oz Egg Noodles, cooked
½ small onion, minced
2 large eggs
24 oz jar marinara sauce
¾ cup bread crumbs
¾ cup shredded Parmesan, plus extra for serving
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup parsley, chopped, plus extra for serving
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sea salt

Combine beef, pork, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. With your hands, mix until just combined.

Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.

Heat olive oil in deep-sided pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add meatballs and fry, turning every couple of minutes until browned on all sides.

Add marinara sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.

Divide noodles among bowls. Spoon sauce and meatballs on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
